PLANS to improve Staffordshire's roads and help tackle a backlog of 13,000 potholes were announced by Staffordshire County Council on Wednesday (May 31).
The new £5m investment will see four pothole 'zapping' velocity patching machines working alongside traditional crews to tackle more potholes and carry out wider hotspot patching where there are a number of holes.
